Choiboko debuted in 1973 with collection

'Project D by a man with Othello syndrome

 : Women's rights'.

Over 40 years career, he is still working in the field

as a first generation of fashion designer in Korea.

Under the motto 'Fashion doesn’t just dress the body, but dresses the soul', Choi takes inspiration

from the world around him - people, society and nature.

It seems monotone conquers main stream of fashion

 to be "Modern",

 Choiboko stands out

with his bold color mixture and unique texture,

and is widely acknowledged to have pioneered

with digital prints and patchworks on oversized silhouettes.

His desire to new things makes him

to challenge taking fashion design further to life-styling,

and to keep communicating with new generation

 through digital tools.
